every programme has the same scene

I live in Britain and we are seeing this programme a lot here at the moment.

There are parts of it which are quite interesting,the people who are unable to stop themselves behaving in a suspicious manner when going through customs for example, but every episode has asian people claiming they don't understand English and trying to bring banned food into the country.

Apart from not being interesting viewing it makes me think that if the forms these people fill in had translations in the language they actually speak then the customs officials would save a lot of trouble.
