I'm no prude or anything. I like a bad movie every now and then just for a laugh and some relaxation, but this... Wow.

Not only straight to video, but actually shoot on video. Bad.
Acting was HORRIBLE. When Jasmine St.Claire gives the best performance in a movie, you know something is wrong.
Like I said, I like the bad movies every now and then for some fun, but this movie was beyond bad. It wasn't even a good bad movie.
Now, the director, who cruises this board, will come on and say that that is what they were going for. They wanted a campy, cheesy movie, and blah, blah, blah. Well, if poor editing, poor sfx, poor acting, poor camerawork, etc. equals campy and cheesy, then congratulations. This would be the campiest and cheeziest film of all time.
This movie was worse than "555." Now if you've seen that, you will get the idea.
But congrats on getting this thing released.
And sorry to Braindamage Films. If this is the kind of junk you are gonna put out, then I will be avoiding all of your releases from now on.

i cruise the board because it's my product and i value what people have to say about it. good or bad. i like to learn from mistakes and learn from viewers insights into my work....thanks for taking the time to watch our film, sorry you didn't like it, but hopefully you check out CURSE OF THE WOLF which is a very different style project. you can see the trailer over at www.myspace.com/killerwolffilms. alot of viewers that hated SWAMP ZOMBIES, loved CURSE OF THE WOLF (one horrorchannel.com reviewer for one who hates swamp zombies but gave COTW a really good review and applauded us for our leaps and bounds in quality. better FX, better editing,etc.etc.).....

Hey. I knew you'd reply, and good for you for taking criticism so well. While I didn't really like the movie, you are a good sport, so you get credit in my book for that. And if I see COTW for rent in my area, I'll give it a try, just to see how you've come along. AND, I'll look around for the ones you recommended. Hell, I'll give anything a try.

Why was the movie not shot using a semi-professional camera on 35mm? The fact that a handycam was used with little depth in the image makes it hard to watch. I think many people would agree that a movie looks much more "polished", less "cheap" when shot with a decent camera. Of course, I have no idea of the costs involved, this is purely from a viewer's standpoint.

I just saw it yesterday, and it was REALLY bad. Was there no script? Everyone sounded like they were ad-libbing every scene. The makeup FX was pitiful. The story itself was laughable. Or was it SUPPOSEd to be a comedy? You THINK a dozen dead bodies are going to revive in a few hours, so you dump them in a lake? You don't care they will rise up and go on a killing spree? Now if the Doctor had TOLD the henchmen to take the bodies out and DESTROY them,and then the goons decide on their own to just dump them because destroying them would be too much trouble, THEN that would have made sense. But having the doctor tell them to EITHER destroy them or just DUMP them was stupid writing.

I have posted at NetFlix comments, reccomending no one rent this.

when i saw this film i think i died a little inside and as the hours progressed my will to live faded much like the horrible effects of this movie. thurthermore i like cheese.
