In terms of independent cinema, this impressed me and is really inspirational. It shows what can be done with limited resources if sheer talent is involved. When/if I end up producing any of my scripts, I'll look at films like this for encouragement.

Excellent! Session 9 is actually one of my favorite movies. I tend to watch it once a year. Now that you mention it, the two films are very thematically similar.
