WILL THE MOVIE WORLD GET ANY WORSE?

WHY DO THESE MOVIES SUCK SO MUCH. I UNDERSTAND COMEDIES BEEN DEAD EVER SINCE 1995. FAT GIRLS IS THE CORNIEST AND AND MOST STUPIDEST MOVIE OUT THERE, RIGHT NOW. TERRIBLE ACTING AGAIN. WHATS WITH ALL THESE ENTETAINERS BEING SUCH TERRIBLE ACTERS/ACTRESSES? YOU CANT GET ANY WORSE .

reply

"Comedies been dead?" = Comedies have been dead

"Most stupidest?" = most stupid

"Entetainers?" = Entertainers

"Acters?" = Actors

Sorry, I have just noticed that you are a very negative person in pretty much all of your posts...and I just have to say that you aren't the brightest star in the sky. Anyways, just chill, you don't need to take things so seriously. I understand there is a lot of crap out there, but it's not all that bad.

By the way, I never saw this movie...so you may be right. It might be terrible :)

I'm brighter than any star in the sky because i'm the only one to realise that entertainment has reached the the level of puke.

reply

I think you are thinking of PHAT GIRLZ because Fat Girls hasn't even screened yet...it premieres April 28th at the Tribeca Film Festival and is a very indie, cool comedy. Enjoy!

reply

lol...that person is such a moron

reply

you a moron if you find fat girls a funny movie. I saw the commercial. Terrible comedy. They cant act.

reply

I never saw the movie. Anyways, you can't tell just from a commercial. I've seen plenty of movies that seemed like they would be funny (or just really good) from the commercial and they turned out to be horrible movies.

reply

Are you people idiots? The movie you are referring to is PHAT GIRLZ with Mo'NIQUE...this film doens't have any commericals yet...it hasn't even premiered yet. No one has seen it. Yes PHAT GIRLZ looks retarted...but Fat Girls isn't the same film.

reply

I KNOW THAT! It's Guyat21 or whatever that is the so-called idiot! I said I have never seen this movie or any commercials for it!

reply

IT SUCKS.

YOU CAN TELL.

Finally: someone that has a grasp of the English language! I knew that 'Fat Girls' had not been shown publically as of the date posted by 'Mr.Smarts.' It never ceases to amaze me how some people that have never written a word of a script (such as one of these polsters) or acted in anything besides high school, or grammar school, can claim to know much of anything about acting, or a movie production! Ash is a young film maker with a great future ahead of him! It was nice to be part of the production, and some people posting here need to get busy and study more about scripts, take acting classes, and start writing something besides hateful and negative postings to get their (dull) point across.

It may be that "Mr. Smarts" missed grammar school because their spelling and general sentance structure showed that they needed to go back and visit, "See Spot Run..."
Mr.Smarts: Buy a dictionary, and write something besides text messages.

Fat Girls is just great as a production.
Like a fine wine, it gets better with time.

I'm incredibly happy that Fat Girls screened at Tribeca. I am a little disappointed that it wasn't premiered in Texas, being that it was filmed here. (I was a PA.) But I think the acting is awesome, I barely spoke two words to Ash so I can't say anything about him but Robin and Ashley were amazing actors and people. I'm so happy to have met them and talked. To those doubters and idiots out there, perhaps you should SEE the movie before forming an opinion. You're allowed to have one, we just shouldn't have to hear it. Quit forming preconcieved notions about something you obviously have no information on. And like stated above, you might want to re-read "Spot".

It may show in Dallas at some point, but it might be the fall before you hear anything more. Good going as being the PA in the production. Most of the actors acted well, and some great kudos for the production staff. ("Grandma" was alittle rude, but you can allow some things for age.) She complained because I had a 'southern accent' in front of the whole production. I am a school teacher and she talked to me like I was from Idiotville. (It was a production filmed in the south, so naturally most people would speak with a 'Texan draw', being that it was happening here in Texas, duh...) A London accent in London, or a New York accent in New York. That is what you get in Cracker Jack's.) But I was gracious since she was my elder. The funny thing I saw her again in the "Rain" production... with Mr.Robert Loggia, and Miss Faye Dunaway.
( Grandma was rude there too, so some people never learn, like some of the posters here...) There is always room to learn something, and no matter how old you are, you still will never know enough. Some people have learned acting, but not much about manners, and how to behave to those that are there as supporting actors, which add flavor to the mix. So much for my rant... sorry if I seem offensive to anyone here. There I said it. I feel better. Bad...bad!

Saint Paul's church (in Dallas) was very nice to us and it was a nice change from how some towns acted when we were there. I had planned to be in other scenes, but when the permits were pulled, it was a quick shuffle to reorganize everything in a different place. I was not able to be there in Italy (Texas) in the cafe scenes, and the prom shots. I admired how people stuck with it throughout, and that it will be worth it to see it. I would enjoy if the DVD comes out with deleted scenes, and additional footage, as sometimes you can get a different take on the action, seeing it from a production perspective. All in all a good time, and a good place to be. I loved Debra Theaker (who I think would be great as a director, besides being a fine actress, and she was really sweet, and down to earth person.) If you hear anything as the PA let us know. Anyhow, way to go. Well done.
