Just done watching it for the first time. Absolutely enjoyed it very much. Beautiful, vibrant, amazing animated film that is just amazing. Definitely going to watch it again. I've been following, watching the GKDS films, animated films from other countries for awhile. Azur and Asmar is just in my mind a beautiful, poignant work of art with a great story, that director Michel Ocelot and his team working with him are extremely talented storytellers who continue to bring us to vibrant colorful characters, and worlds, breathtaking animation, and continue to present genuinely, original unique films full of life, magic, wonder, awe, enchantment, and pure joy.
