you can buy the dvd now off the offical site as well.
I was lucky enough to see this in a theater. The audience loved it. Check the listings at the local art house theater (if you are lucky enough to live in a town with one) and look for a program of the 2006 Oscar nominated live action shorts - there is also a program of the Oscar nominated animated shorts out there as well. If you see this listed better go right away, even in an art house it will likely only be there a week.

by dvd, there is a dvd includes all short films of this oscar. it's released by region 2 france.

Amazon.com has it listed for $20.98, Best Buy is selling it for $24.99. I know Blockbuster had it at one point, and you can still rent it through Netflix.
Buy the entire disk, not just Westbank Story. You get a little more bang for you buck. Plus this DVD includes the gem called The Danish Poet and a few other priceless gems.
