I mean, can you change what they look like or is it pre- set?

Pre set based on clan and gender. Each clan looks different though, best example is from like...Malkavian to Ventrue. Ventrue looks like a upper class business gent, the Malkavian starts topless with spikey hair and shades.

There are mods that alter the looks of the characters, and if you know how, you can swap models for different looks.

He said "spikey hair" so that would be the male, although there should be some nude mods for the female Malk out there in the void.

I've never seen any nude models for VtMB ... although, I never looked for them in the first place, either.

Anyway, new models and animations for people in VtMB would be a great thing to have. The default ones are truely massively painful.

There are nude mods for the female Malkavian... and a very good one too, especially since her naked breasts are bouncing around all the time.

Oh really? The only nude models I have seen for Malkavian looked crappy at best, nipples were drawn onto torn top very badly and skin shade was changed in a worse way.
Can you give any links or filenames? Maybe I missed some new skins available somewhere.

I remember that skin, it basically makes the malkavian bottomless in each armor if I remember correctly.

It's very similar to this one, but it doesn't look as goofy. In this one, I believe, the face is changed and the boobs are bigger...which is all unnecessary:

Is there a mod to make your character look like V.V., Jeanette or Damsel?

I think so, just google the name and skin, like "Damsel skin" if not you can ask on some mod forum if someone could make one.
