I personally don't like the tremere female.. That stupid thing on her head bugs me, and she looks like a gothed out avril lavinge.
I don't really have anything against Nines, but he's kinda mean to the character. And Damsel and Skelter.
Females - Jeanette, all the way. I might say Tourette if I knew what she looked like. I haven't gotten that far, my game crashes after exiting Ventrue Tower after getting the Elizabeth Dane quest.
Males - Bertram Tung and Jack. Shut up. And Sebastian (LaCroix) sort-of. And E.'s kinda cute, and Julius.

For me, it's the guy that's guarding the cemetary...what a cool ghoul! Just kidding, it's a tossup between V.V. and Jeaneatte. Who wouldn't want to crawl intoa coffin with either of those two?

Velvet of course. Though I did like Damsel and Xiao. Tourette was okay but she freaked me out. Before I knew they were the same person though I liked Therese. I dunno something about Jeanette put me off. Maybe it was how over the top she was with her sexuality, plus Fire Hoses? WTF...

As a female, I find Nines and LaCroix to be pretty hot. The male Malkavian is pretty awesome as well.
Females? That's harder for me, but I guess VV is pretty attractive. Not as slutty as Jeanette, but definitely sexy.
Nines was never mean to my character, even when I was a Ventrue. Maybe I just know how to play 'em. ;)

As for males, the most likely to be a vampire would be the ventrue male. I don't like what they did with Beckett, definitely is better the one from the Tom Fleming illustration in "lay down with lions" cover.
Heather... ahah. Theres something about her that I didn't like somehow. If I hadn't knew of the benefits of keeping a ghoul - free blood supply and all - I wouldn't have accepted her. But then, I started to feel responsible for her, and missed her when she disappeared. And when those Sabbat killed her, it broke my heart, and I made sure that I make them pay.
NPC, VV ofcourse! Me luvs VV. Makes me drool and swoon even after so long. The pretty face, deep voice, glittering eyes, corsets etc... Not interested in Jeanette whatsoever.
Male, Romero, that graveyard ghoul actually turns me on, and then the graveyard loving. Man..just loved his voice. And its everywhere around the game.
Actually, Sebastians kinda cute. Especially in that suit where we kicked his ass. And that sorry face when he said "How could someone as low as you hurt me." Aww... I felt sorry for him when I find that its so easy.
But I really liked Beckette for his character, casual, smart talking, old and wise. Love his sense of humour.
I'm cool with nines, hes just well, cool. And felt something for him when he saved me from sabbat. Respected him. Felt that I can really count on him. And then the werewolf. Ouch.
Oh, not forgetting the Deb of night, I kinda suspects shes a Toreador. Funny when that Viggo guy tried to hit on her.
As for character, yeah...I love my Malkavian gal most! Not only she hear wierd things on tv, she looks really hot in some cowgirl suit, then some police suit too! Showing off her cute ass, and then some, lol. Plus she has cute lil sexy red lips. MMhhh..yummy.
As for people walking in the streets, I like that china girl, with big eyes and pouty lips, ehehe...so adorable when shes staring at you. Then that gothic girl in white dress. Gotta love'em all.

Heather is my fav character, she's sweet and ubersexy in her 3rd outfit. Like the previous poster, her death afected me too. :/
But you can edit a file and bring her back. Phew! :)
My next fav has to be VV, i find it very sweet the way she flirts with you. :)
VV is sweet but overall she's just using you.
