Speaking as a Terminator Fan and why I don't like this movie

Now I have been a fan of Terminator since Terminator 2 in 1991 I remember watching it on VHS but of course not seeing the bad bits. Terminator Salvation really let me with a bitter taste in my mouth.

And it didn't help that in 2009 when I went to the movies one time to see another film but the sound was so awful that I left the theater room so mad and disappointed and it didn't help one worker said "You could go see Terminator" it really set me off but I chose to be the bigger man and walk away.

When I watch Terminator Salvation on HBO to say I was disappointed would be more than a understatement and it didn't help the fact I thought of that day in the theater that it couldn't allow myself to enjoy this movie I only seen it one time but it just let a bitter taste in my mouth and that's why I didn't enjoy this Terminator film

but why don't you like salvation? you didn't answer your own question. Your anecdote sounds like you should hate the movie theater, not the movie (which sounds like you didn't even watch TS at said theater.

To me Salvation just wasn't that good of a movie it just didn't have the factors that made the Terminator series a hit in the first place and no i watch the movie on HBO when it aired and it just wasn't for me and also the movie I did go to theater to see that day was having such bad audio that I had to get up and leave and got into a bad mood

Eh, overall it's pretty poor, but I still like it better than 'Terminator 3'. Despite casting (probably) more big name actors than the movie needed I felt this movie tried to be "slightly" more original and provide less deliberate fan-service than T3.

In all honesty, T2 should have been the last one. I've always felt that the Sarah Connor excluded ending should have been the real ending and more and more people are starting to think that too since nobody can give us a Terminator movie that we can all agree is a worthy follow-up.

Michael Bay didn't ruin my childhood. My childhood happened more than twenty-five years ago.
