There is no "www.madcowgirl.com" -- not yet, anyway. Or, there was once, but they didn't pay to keep it...

It's called a dead link. -why don't you report it, if it annoys you so much and be pro active.
A lot of these indie filmmakers are struggling from day to day, so it doesn't suprise if they cannot afford to keep an offical website all the time.
Report it to whom? And how?
