Why is this rated almost the same as Ice Age 4?

Ice Age 4 was a terrible mess of a movie while this one is not perfect, but pretty funny!
And why the hell is Ice Age 3 rated the second highest in the series? It's not even that good! In fact, it's the second worst of the Ice Age-movies!
