BEWARE:Many questions are here! *spoilers*

What was up with the ending scene at the morgue and what is this courtroom scene everyone is talking about? Is it in the sequel or am I just making this up? And, was Leslie wearing a fire resistant suit under his overalls or.. Just on his face because if so, what's the point? Was their romantic tension? Was this a play on the scream theme " the killer is my boyfriend?" I liked the film despite the fact that- as you can see- I have a lot of questions but maybe that was the whole point to raise questions and leave you rustling with them..two last questions, did the librarian die? Was her death just really tame because I did not see the blood or the weapon go into her or did she have a heart attack or pass out?! Okay, last one how did Leslie live to make a sequel? He looked pretty stuck to me and then he also you know, got set on fire.. Was this a play on the fact that slashers take forever to really die but even the we aren't entirely sure or what? Help!

Ending scene = A slightly cooked Leslie is still alive!

Courtroom scene = Scene that was in the script but was deleted in which the journalists are charged as accessories. The makers have said they will release it if they get enough funding for the sequel.

Leslie does not say whether or not he is wearing a fire resistant suit. We know he wears a bulletproof vest and has flame retardant chemicals on his face, so he may have covered his entire body with it and worn flame retardant clothes as well.

I did not really gather romantic tension, though maybe you could argue that the "goodbye" scene symbolized a breakup of sorts.

The camera cuts and the librarian is shown dropping to the floor, suggesting a cutaway death. No wound is visible.

Leslie showed Taylor the cider press and how to use it, with the intention that she would place him in it. He likely rigged the press to not compress past a certain point when she turned the handle, and used his acting/illusion skills to make it appear like he was getting crushed. He put the matches and gasoline where she could find them so she'd burn the place down. His flame retardant clothes/chemicals gave him enough time to escape out the back, drop, and roll until he was put out, then he just had to hide until the building was burned down and position himself in the rubble using his feign death skills.
