So how did Robin escape from that phone booth? Superman?

I felt they built up that scene in the phone booth where all the crazy fans were beating on the glass wanting him to "do" Mork or autographs and then they just cut away to a commercial leaving us wondering how the heck did he escape from that "impending peril"? Did Val have to call in the cops?
Did Robin just walk out and start signing autographs or what?

Fame is a funny thing. Everyone thinks they want it but they don't realize you actually have to work at it and that means you have to put up with idiots from everywhere wanting to be your friend or have you take your picture with them or sign autographs or kiss their babies, etc.

Although Williams should be grateful that anybody cares who he is and not crying about how he has no privacy. Oh boo hoo. There are millions of unemployed actors out there who nobody wants to even look at that would kill for the breaks he got -- although I admit he is funny.

But it is exhausting watching so much of "Robin Williams" in such a condensed space.

At least some of his movies hold up.
