Where are Joe and Dale?

Where is Joe Glauberg and Dale McRaven in this story? I thought that they were two of the main co-creators of "Mork and Mindy." Plus, Glauberg was the writer of many, many episodes for M&M, if I understand correctly. I was surprised that he was completely omitted from the "Behind the Camera."
