The show is way too inappropriate.

Anyone else think that this show is too raunchy to be on at 4:00 in the afternoon? Little kids could be watching it! I mean, from drugs, to homosexuality, to sex, to masturbating, to all kinds of sick and crazy things, this show just seems far too edgy to be on in the afternoon. Anyone agree?

reply

No its not, kids need to learn about these things.

How in the world is talking about homosexuality "raunchy"?

Don't eva let nobody tell you you ain't strong enough

"How in the world is talking about homosexuality raunchy"

It just is....

Thanks for that descriptive answer.

Ohhh, did you want the long answer?

What is it with you IMDB users trying to contradict other topics of people by pointing out every little thing?

"How is homosexuality raunchy?"

You're missing the point! My point, is that The Tyra Banks Show is not for kids!

I heard your point loud and clear. I'm asking you how homosexuality (one of the topics featured on the show) is too raunchy for daytime tv.

Ok, well I was wrong about homosexuality, but the crossdressing, masturbation, and strippers are too much.

Kids need to know about these things.

"Kids need to know about these things."

No, they don't. Not when they're kids. Let kids be kids, don't make them grow up too fast because you think people should learn about all these things as young as they can...
When I was a kid, I was fine not knowing about all these things and just playing with my Pokemon cards with friends

Where I live though, it comes on at 10am when kids are in school anyway and then again at 8pm which is when more mature shows come on anyways

I was joking when I wrote that. But its not the end of the world if a kid knows about homosexuality. The other two are questionable...

reply

Well, that's the parents' job to monitor what their kids are watching. If they do not want their kids watching the shows, then it is their job to make sure they aren't. Yes, it is on at 4, but so is Oprah, and she just had an episode with last week about someone who had gone through a sex change.

You would be surpised at how much "kids" know about some of the things that Tyra talks about on her show. Some kids see way worse at school.

reply

God,conversations with Americans are so STUPID!!!

reply

My problem with the show and why I stopped watching it was that Tyra was judgmental and disrespectful of her guests.
