Denzel Washington in 1987's 'Cry Freedom' Anyone?

I have not seen "Catch a Fire" yet. But ever since I've seen the preview (a month or so ago), I've thought of the absolute stunning and courageous film, "Cry Freedom" from 1987. Denzel Washington plays the role of Steve Biko, who you should all know about if you intend to see a movie such as this. It was Washington's first Academy Award nominated role, at the age of 33.

Derek Luke is 32 now. I intend to see this movie, but mostly because of Tim Robbins, an amazing actor (as well as director). Maybe it isn't much like "Cry Freedom" at all; but it sounds such as it is.

Denzel's role as Steve Biko is simply one of the best performances he ever gave. "Cry Freedom" was amazing movie, better than this one.
