There is a new Chalice discovered in the Last Supper.

Dear friends,

There is a new Chalice discovered in the Last Supper. It has been discovered after the Da Vinci Code was published.

The website below shows you how to see it.

It is not a computer gimmick as you can see the Chalice even in other copies of the painting in other websites or even in books. Once you see it , you will always see it.

Visit the site :

I only could see the chalice once, the last two, I couldn't see a chalice in those though.
Further more, so what??? It's only a drawing, isn't it? Davinci wasn't there when he drew it, did he and if so, doesn't that mean that the chalice is just Davinci's imagination/fantasy/creativity, whatever, who decided how hé wanted the chalice to look like? Just asking, not chritizising!!
I always believed that if there was a chalice, it had to be of wood or copper. he couldn't afford and even if he could, he wouldn't use a gold one, or is it not gold, just looks that way maybe?
I really like to know more about this, so I'm definitly watching this documentary and movie next year. Sounds very interesting and it's always great to hear someone's theories about thing like this. Now I should read the book too, shouldn't I????

Thats the beuty of faith isn't it, weather its true or not you still believe. The basic question is a good one, how would davinci know, and further more, given jesuses origion why would he be white?

there isnt an actualy grail vup in the painting. on a closer inspection on a bigger sized picture, the so called cup is actually a horizontal live with a backwards "C" on the left hand side. if you want more proof, just englarge the pictures or look in the illustrated version of the da vinci code.

There is a conventional medieval golden chalice on the wall on the left hand side of the viewer. It must have been Da Vinci's way of showing that the institution of the Holy Eucharist during that supper evolved into the Catholic mass. I can see the chalice on all clearer copies/prints of the original tempera wall painted original. I even saw it in the movie. By the way, Da Vinci was a very methodical painter who produced working sketches before he began painting. In the sketches, he clearly identified in his own writing that the person to Jesus's right is St. John the Beloved Apostle so there is no question that he intended the figure to be Mary Magdalene.
