Song Request - DVD Scene Selection

When You enter the Szene selecteion of the Animal DVD, it plays a coverversion of Wyclef Jeans "If i was President" by some Reggea Artist (sounds a bit like Damian Marley).
I'm searching for that track since 2 weeks and can't find it. If someone knows this one it would be great!!
