Great movie but final scene rang false
Darius is proudly telling his half brother what a fine man their father was when it was Darius who killed the father!! And killed him for no reason except he thought the old man was a fool.
shareno, he killed his dad for two reasons. One was because he was upset when animal told him that he didn't have any more love left for darius and he was so hurt that he did to animal what he did to everything that hurt him before. The other one was that he was really mad at his dad for loving his new son and treating him like a human when before he practically ushered darius into a life of crime (telling him how cool guns were and letting him hold the gun he had used earlier that day to kill 4 people)
at the end, he realized that his father was a great man and because animal died, darius didn't fall into that whole willy lynch theory.
