Typical 'after school special' endings

I was watching a few shows... One with the "Just say no to cinnamon" and the 8.16 episode of the "junkie" nurse.... I worked in a hospital, patients dont suddenly break down and cry their eyes out.... then of course the "after school special" saying he got "help" and was drug free.... as if all patients are perfectly fine after the "Rehab" bit, and never needing future care for whatever medical issue they had in the first place...

If people were able to get the proper care needed (physical and/or mental) they wouldnt be on the drugs... And what I mean is a different level of care than what is available. Mental health you CANNOT be 100% truthful as it can and will be used against you (remember to read all the fine print on how your doctor can break confidentiality rules/laws) If there was 100% permanent confidentiality, meaning NO ONE other than YOU and your doctor could use/read your medical charts, then people can be compeletely truthful and get the help they need.

For example a chronic pain patient (legit)cannot tell a doctor they are scared of the pain, the second they say it, the second they label you as a drug abuser etc. Mental health as well....

Oh and try getting help and trying to keep your modesty respected....(the sex issue episode) Ladies have some respect in this manner, but non-existant for guys... Dont dare ask for same gender doctor/staff... you will be crusified, eh well only if your a guy..... Hell in the ER they kept the women covered from head to toe, then closed curtains and female nurses standing guard... for the guys they are butt naked, spread eagle, drapes completely open for the entire ER to see... Doctors, Nurses, other patients, all the other patients family and visitors etc...

We need more "Care" in the Health Care industry.....
