Krypto; ..Written and directed by arrogant people !

I have been watching cartoons for most of my life (that's over 30+ years), and I NEVER EVER recall a single one of them where the names of the director and writer(s) were announced at the beginning (or anywhere else)! What the bloody hell is this? These people are so arrogant (or insecure?) that they need their named writtten AND VERBALLY announced at the beginning of a cartoon? It is really beyond the pale, and the main reason I stopped watching this series (besides, I can slip in another hour of sleep on Saturday mornings). These people ought to be told in no uncertain terms that this nonsense must stop, and never to be allowed ever again.

I can recall one other cartoon where they did this. I'm not sure of the name, but I remember a woman's voice saying it.

Remember, this is aimed at small children. Perhaps they're just trying to help the kids learn to read, since half of this country can't. (I'm a teacher; trust me on that!) I just watched the first two volumes with my 22 month old son, and he loves them. I point the names out to him as Krypto says them. It's totally harmless, imho.

I agree with the orginal poster, the theme song is annoying and in addition they have to do that narration thing?

I love the first year of the show... I will admit that it suffers from the 12 minute syndrome... the second year is more of a tune out situation... The stories could be better if given the chance... I like the 21 century Krypto as he is not restricted to following superman around all the time... Krypto is cool and so is Bathound....

I love You Peter Tomarken! I will miss you always... You will never be forgotten....
