Sherlock does it every two years. with just 3 episodes. hell after season 3 we had to wait two years for just one episode and then another year for season 4 to start

I think the point was if it can survive 11 years not on TV then one year is nothing.

Big finish is for hardcore fans no casual fan is going to buy an audio

completely agree. People like to go on about how great big finish is but the general audience will probably avoid. I've started listening to a few and enjoy them but it can take a bit to get into them. Audio drama is something I can imagine many avoiding

Yeah and the fact they're seriously expensive and there's so many different storylines that you have to buy the different parts to its impossible to keep up. I've never bothered with them I'm sure they're good but I can live without tbh the only ones that interest me are the 8th doctor and war doctor sine there's not much tv on them. But again 8 has done so much it's hard to find a start point maybe ill get the time war 8th doctor ones but that's it

I actually really liked it. But I really enjoy comic book movies so that might be a factor. Plus I love River so the little reference at the end made me happy. :)
