one review appears confused on the facts

It states that Tulpan never sees Asa. However, she does; she watches him from behind a curtain in the very first scene. Maybe the reviewer was too busy reading the sub-titles to notice.

Yep, she even noticed his 'big ears'. LOL

Or maybe (like I did at first), they assumed Tulpan was the man. It took me awhile to suss out who people were. But it's true the man never her face (and then is left sat in the dusty shed with a goat trying to kiss him LOL).
