Have you ever encountered an idiot who tries to insult and put-down crumping by comparing it a seizure. I was on the So you think you can dance board and in an episode Lil C choreographed a dance for two of the people. Some idiot responded by saying, "Well what I learned about krumping is that I can do it quite easily by just learning to seize on command". Am I the only person who finds that offensive and really insulting to all the guys who crump.
shareomg i totally know what you mean. on the bring it on all or nothing board someone said the same thing. lil c choreographed all of the krumping in that movie and someone started a thread saying that "whoever invented this crap should be shot. its no better than having a seizure. blah blah blah." and of course after seeing RIZE you kind of get to know the characters and i felt like he was attacking tight eyez, lil c, dragon, etc. so of course i set them all straight.
also, my sisters friends were watching bring it on all or nothing (i kno its sounds lame but its actually really good and they krump a lot in it) and her friends being the little hershey snobs that they are said that they looked stupid and like they were having a fit and they had never even heard of RIZE so it ended right there. i told my sister never to talk to them again. :)
and to be completely honest i misunderstood the title of this thread so i came here to chew you out too. but ur alright.

The clown face painting started as something Tommy the Clown did for young kids at birthday parties. But as more kids, who were inspired by Tommy, joined him the wider the face paint influence became. Some kids painted their face in dedication to Tommy for what he's brought to the hood. Some wore the face paint as a "flag" like gangmemeber's wear theirs, to show that they were not bangers they were clowns. But as Dragon explained, some people can't dance in front of a crowd, so the face paint kinda gives them a mask to hide their insecurities behind, thus making it easier to "wild out" in front of crowds. On the surface it seems ridiculous, but if you take all things into consideration, I feel it makes sense.

First their was popping, then breaking and now krumping! I think it's fine because I have always liked these styles of dancing. I still like to pop sometimes, hehe. Krumping is like breakdancing while standing up. It's hella energetic.
