It's nice to find a movie to watch where you need a brain to enjoy it...

Great work here. Characters are built up and executed very well towards the ending. I didn't like the end, but I'm sure that's the way it was supposed to be portrayed.

I enjoyed the down to earth theme of the Chair from Ebay as well.... I just kept thinking.."the only reason they guy is re-finishing the chair is so he doesn't get back feedback for his online selling account..heh"

My impression was that Josh blackmailed the guy by threatening to report him for hiring illegal immigrants.

sorry but they say "dude" every other sentence and it's borderline ridiculous. Minus that, then it is a pretty decent flick.

Slang is more than 90% of reality.

The word Dude is iconic and a treasure in the Cinema.

There is nothing wrong with being wrong sometimes either...come on dude..

So are made up statistics.

I liked the ending. It's very real. People have these same issues and conversations every day. A typical film would've had Josh growing and realising that he loved Emily and wanted to marry her - especially after the talk with his dad. That made it even more surprising that he went along with the break-up.

There wasn't anything tricky or complicated about this movie. It was just "real" people being real people. I'm glad you enjoyed the film, but to imply that you have to be intelligent (aka: need a brain) to enjoy this film is a bit ridiculous.
