What did he say? Sung Kang

At the counter when he gave his speech to Ernest, and said he will only say this once...

I can't tell what he says, "There comes a time in every man's life when he has to make a decision and if he has a...concise? concice? ...he's gonna think about himself first?"

Also...

I've been wondering on what quotes he has in his movies...they are awesome and he has some good lines.

I got like a couple from Tokyo Drift but what does he say in The Motel at the counter?

I am not sure what he says either. I played it back a few times but I just can't make it out.

Sung Kang has the best lines from Tokyo Drift and certainly the best acting. That hick accent that Lucas Black has almost makes the movie unbearable...
