Wes Anderson rip-off

Did this 'movie' steal the DP and set designer from Wes Anderson? And the story was something he must have thrown away, maybe they dumpster dove for it.

'Quirky' characters, goofy soundtrack, where's Bill Murray? If I see title cards for the different acts, my head's gonna explode.

Well this is only the first five minutes so who knows. But so far, it has me thinking about the difference between influence and just stealing. The affected tone of the actors and their personalities are really annoying. How did this movie even get made? But like any good train wreck, I will watch it crash and burn. Should I wait until it's done before posting? Nawww... I think I've got it sussed out.
