I really don't think it's that bad. i have watched it twice now.. I'd give it 9/10 for story, 5/10 for directing and 7/10 for acting.

SPOILER ALERT!

I'd go 5 out of 10 stars. It certainly was weird to see a guy kung fu fighting in a monk's habit (is that what you call it?)

A couple of outstanding technological scenes were when the helicopters exploded (one after being shot from the sky and the second when colliding with the engine). Excellent effects there without the use of CGI or (apparently) miniatures.

Whoever dubbed the boy's voice made him much too whiny, however. I almost dreaded hearing him speak. Steve V.

The thing that sorta threw me off were definatley the monk's outfits with the guy doing martial arts.

The story was good-you know bad guy threatens to release deadly gas

Acting was good-Arnold Vosloo always does a fantastic job

The action was good too- those were some damn good looking explosions! The fighting was good as well.

I give it 7/10

Always an active duty Jr. American Gladiator!

It was entertaining, after all. Nothing special, but just good enough for the friends of the sort. The version I saw tihad the tle "Lasko".
