A really bad Toy Story.

Several times whilst watching this film, I thought Toy Story.

The mice in the pet store = Aliens
The girl who dresses her guinea pig up = Hannah and Mrs. Nesbit
Similarly, her brother reminded me of Sid
The two guinea pigs escape the house via a toy car after teaching the kids a lesson (same as in TS)
The two main guinea pigs first dislike each other, but then come to look at each other as brothers (Woody and Buzz)

The list goes on and on, really. I didn't entirely hate it, but it wasn't very good at the same time.

ABC, 123, that girl wore her jeans like me. I bet she's mad, 'cos I look fab. Hahaha, JACK MY SWAG.
