In general, people are polite and will move if u ask. Maybe if Jane hadnt been cursing she may have been treated better. But still, this WAS crappy treatment.
The first thing she said was, "hey I was next in line". No cursing. She only got upset after they told her to wait in line AS IF SHE ALREADY WASN'T.
