What's the deal with shooting the core in this mission? I can fly through the tunnel and I see the core on my HUD, but it never locks on for me. I tried flying to the right in to the other part of the tunnel, but that just ran me in to a wall. Anyone have any suggestions?

Are you sure? It's always locked on with missiles for me...If you can see it on your HUD, try the best you can to take it out with your guns if not missiles. It doesn't take much to go down.
