It's called "When the Sunset Turns Red" by Scooby Do. I just think it's a really sweet song and it sticks with the violin, which is heavily used throughout the rest of the songs on the soundtrack.

shareIt's my favorite ending ever... I usually don't watch the endings of series, but every time I watch an episode i stay focused until the ending credits are over.
It's just immensely nostalgic to see (by the end of the series) how Brandon and Harry used to be... (and i love how that last part becomes black and white by the end of the series)
