George Harrison Comment/Black Math Spit?

I'll tell you guys what the white stripes are an incredible band. I wish there were more live perfomances of them on DVD! Does anyone know what he meant when he said that comment right before Jolene? I just can't figure it out. Something about being in the right place at the wrong time? Any help? Also during his solo in Black Math it looks like he either spits a gigantic loogie or vomits. Whats up with that?

Jack asks 'What are Blackpool lights?'. These are the illuminations which light up the whole of the promenade at Blackpool seafront at certain times of the year. He then says 'Right place, wrong time huh?'
