How violent is this movie?
What's the difference between "Mature" Voilence and Gore?
There's little blood, and no hands chopped off/intestines ripped out/etc. But it has some disturbing scenes, like the kid getting nailed to the fence with a chisel.

It's the stuff legends are made of, son.
there is very little blood and gore just really suspenseful scenes like the one response (Brandon getting nailed to the posts, Michael being exorcised, the sheriff getting thrown out the window, etc.)
there is also very few deaths in the film (only Brandon, the hardware guy in the wheelchair, Travis' dog and the church janitor all die but thats about it.)
no hot scenes here.
