Beware!

Just really not very good at all. OK, I'll admit it, this was actually really bad. Kudos to the director for having walk-ons by Louise Post and an awesomely unplugged Matt Nelson, but that's just in the deleted scenes. This movie was a mess. I'm a Rachel Miner fan, but I can safely say that I have never seen her deliver a more confused performance. Tormented young artist doesn't see the light until a Gordon Gekko-style promoter convinces him that the new road to artistic integrity lies in creating art first, and then destroying it. I'd go on and on, but in the true spirit of alcohol-riddled cluelessness that the protagonist of this monstrosity embodies, I'm just too tired and (perhaps) too drunk to continue.
PS: Rachel keeps all her clothes on throughout. I only mention this because someone on this messageboard started a rumor about her having full frontal nude scenes et. al. in this film. Not true at all. Oh, well...

Right. Well, I have to-- I have to go now, Duane, because I, I'm due back on the planet Earth.

To each his own but you are a fool... Louise and Matt Nelson are in the film btw... Maybe you shouldn't do everything drunk... Might have appreciated the film better...

That was mean of you to reply that way. Being drunk makes people like movies more....anything for that matter. Ever wondered what the purpose of a 'two drink minimum' is? It's not just to sell drinks.

This drunk guy wrote a very good review and he or she is obviously intelligent.
He at least watched the movie which is more than I could do. I couldn't finish it because it wasn't good. I could go to the grocery store and it would be more exciting than this movie.

Never call someone a *fool.

Thank you, equalizer, for coming to my defense after so long. I'll have you know this is one of the very few movies that I've ever given a 1 rating to on IMDB. I read boutros' reply years ago, but couldn't be bothered to respond, because he is obviously either the producer or the director's mom. I (on occasion) check back on my old posts to look for replies, and happened to stumble upon yours today. Cheers to you, and hope you're watching better movies than this one , Corky.
