I only have one complaint

The picture brightness during the daylight scenes was WAY too bright! Maybe it's just me because my eyes are a bit sensitive to brightness (I always use computers at the lowest brightness setting). Other than that it was a great movie.

That was for effect, during the flashback memories of the main guy, Dolph.
Pleas try to pay attention.
In your case, maybe less; turn down your screen brightness.

Anytime during the daytime in this movie was a little too bright. My screen brightness was fine (had nothing to do with paying attention, which I was doing...), as I've only had a problem with two movies concerning brightness (being the daylight scenes--especially those flashbacks--in this movie, and all those freaking lens flares in The Island. My eyes are light sensitive but for the most part when it comes to movies it doesn't bother me too much unless it's way overdone.

OK, my guesses were wrong. The production value of this film is low. I don't remember. I only partially pay attention to movies on my big screen while I'm glancing to other screens on my computer set-up.

Low production value may not be the problem. Plenty of other low-budget films are watchable without a crazy brightness filter. I still liked the movie, but its overly bright effects could have (and should have, in my opinion) been avoided.

Oh well.

Also, I do that sometimes, watching stuff on the big screen and glancing at my computer screen. It's pretty hard on the eyes too, sometimes. It's even worse with video games--I get headaches from playing certain games for too long (Call of Duty actually gave me a bit of motion sickness after two hours).

Maybe it's just me...

The "Low production value" of this movie is not the issue. I only brought that up because another poster thought that it was too bright.

I liked the movie. I did not notice extra brightness. Perhaps because I only partially pay attention. I have no problem looking at various screens every few seconds, & my natural vision is very bad (20/200).

I'm not familiar with playing video games, as I've not done so since JHS, in the early 80s.

I suppose that's why we've disagreed.
