What's with them saying 'Blood' all the time?

Sounds so lame. Do people in London really talk like that? I've been there a couple of times but I never heard anyone talking like that.

ENOUGH from the clown!!!!!!!!

It's slang. Just like in your suburby-burbs in Anytown, USA where you live you have people with their own local ways of talking.

It's because they are mentally deficient pieces of dogturd.

Yep bad acting although there are plenty of idiots that talk like that blood. Patwa is just as likely to be used by whites as blacks now in the UK. But in the whole people that talk like that are non-brainers bloood who definately don't desearve a film being made about their sorry lives innit bruv.

The phrase I keep hearing here in the UK is "I swear down ...."

Swear down what?

What does it mean?

Why?

I would like to know, because it's my youngest son (16) who says it every other sentence, and doesn't like it when I say "what does that mean?" and all I get is "it means 'I swear down!'"

Oh dear.

It means "i mean it"

It's kinda gone now. Most of that culture has now. Big baggy trackies turned into skinny jeans, skinheads now have side partings and I haven't heard blood in a while.

Have you seen the most recent movie in the series? Sam gets laughed at by a bunch of teenagers for using the term "blud". It was pretty funny.
