Keith is a perfect movie!
I must say the Keith movie does everything right. It really captures the burning love of a young man for a woman that he thinks is out of his league until it downs on him that he has 'everything' to lose. And a young woman's life that she thinks is so beautiful with a 'feel right' boyfriend to boot until she met Keith.
This movie leaves a lot to the imagination like when Keith knows how it is devastating to lose someone so dear... when he lost his mother that's why he wanted Natalie to hate him before he 'secretly' dies.
The analogy of lonely abandoned bowling balls being given for adoption to a personal match making longing for the love of his secret childhood sweetheart is therapeutic perfection in pun.
Natalie is brave in defying her parents and dumping her 'perfect' boyfriend and loving inspite of Keith's dissapointments and incessant jokes enshrouded in shadows of his 'mysterious' self. This is teenage rebellion and love at its finest!
Keith's character is deep and powerful even though he has a sad life and in the end he did make a difference and touched all our lives. There is a Natalie and a Keith in all of us!
This movie really made me cry. Love is really timeless and forever.
