the old man as you put it, is the great Billy Drago.. he sold this movie alone, i for one am i fan of his and i wouldn't even know this movie existed if his name wasn't in the credits...
yeah i know he's famous. he always played the bad guys back in the days.

BUT that does NOT mean he should be playing the part of a "sexy" person at
least not in 2006 when this came out. that's what he was trying to be IMO.
On the dvd extras they said the part was supposed to be played by a younger better looking man but they cast Drago because in a way it was fitting to have a "dirty" old man as the demon of lust, and he did the part well in my opinion.

I agree. I thought by having Drago play this part the demon of lust seemed more like Mick Jagger than a generic 6'5" musclebound type.
well actually, your opinion is wrong here, as he's not meant to be a sexy person, he's a demon of lust. look up the word "Lust" he plays the part exactly as he was meant to play it, exactly how a demon of lust should be. lust has NOTHING to do with being sexy.
How can you say someone's opinion is wrong? Unless there is fact to back up the fact that it is wrong (ie if someone's opinion was the Earth being flat) then an opinion can never be wrong, it's just someone else's view that is different to your own.
It's like me saying you are wrong for listening to the music you listen to (I'm not actually saying that).
Anyway I thought he was a great demon... Though he's been typecast as such over and over again.
I thought Billy Drago was effectively creepy as the villainous Asmodeus. He always makes for a pleasingly slimy bad guy.
