TV Series???

Wasn't this suppose to be a TV series? It would make a good one.

I was wondering if this was a pilot or something. To me it felt like it could be a tv series. Maybe it will have the same fate as Buffy did. That was first a movie, then became a tv series.

btw, if anyone would like to see the trailer for the movie check out...

I really don't think it would make a good tv series. It would suck.
Obviously you aren't a fan of the genre, otherwise you wouldn't say these things.
Blah.

fan of the genre? seems like you're the one lacking fandom, why don't you go wank to Hostel.

you ovbiously have no concept of of a good TV show and ovbiously are not a fan of the genre otherwise you wouldn`t make bad statments like this

To me it looked like an episode of Charmed or some crap like that

considering the band you're named after you're really not in a position to have a strong influence. Cannibal Corpse is perhaps one of the worst bands ever.

Yeah I think you got a good point.

They make pilots for TV shows, and then if the show isn't made, they just make the pilot into a movie. Except this movie started off with 'A film by ... ' in the credits, and I believe it may have been released for cinema. So it does seem as though it were a movie.

But I bet they had in mind that a TV series might follow. It all seems set up as a pilot for a show. The way it ended, and also remember that during the show Cardinal White talks about getting a whole army of inquisitors. They never showed during the movie, so they would be a perfect plot for a TV show.

The demon hunter is working outside the church now, but the cardinals have this army of inquisitors who are after him. So he's facing the demons, and the church.

Or else he could still be working for the church, but he keeps making his own decisions.

As for Buffy, well Joss Whedon had a brilliant idea. Then they made the movie, which a lot of people think wasn't very good. Joss Whedon however then went off and made the TV series the way he originally intended it.

So even if the movie wasn't the best in the world, a TV series spin-off might still have been good.

I agree. Saw it this evening on Encore, reminded me of a Supernatural copy.
