Need help with t-shirt

On the episode where it was a boy named Matt, the mom's name was Donna and her sons name was Adam, Adam had a red shirt on that said "LOVE". The "o" was a mod target and the "e" was a union jack. Anyone know where I could find this shirt what brand or store it may be, please help!! Thanks in advanced!!
