Two girls? + Bonaparta question ------Spoilers------- --

In the last episode of the movie, can someone explain to me that scene why there were two Anna's ? and she hands one and keeps the other? i totally don't understand that scene.

Also, why did Bonaparta wanted to shoot Johan?

I can't remember there being two Annas so can't help on that, but one of the consistent themes through the anime is responsibility. The only way anyone can ever gain redemption is by first accepting their error and then trying to put it right. Bonaparta/Poppe therefore tries to kill the boy who became a monster as a result of his indoctrination in Prague.

Thanx for clarifying mates :) its clear now

Johan had a penchant for cross-dressing even as a young boy.

I actually think that the mother dressed them both up as girls because they were in hiding, and it would be harder for the organisation to find them. Also, notice how most people though that there was only one girl living with the mother.
