Is there a German dub of this?

I usually prefer watching Japanese anime in Japanese with subtitles, however I really think this show should be in German (and some Czech) since it takes place almost entirely in Germany with signs/letters/newspapers/magazines already appearing in German.

Just curious if this exists somewhere. I know there is a German dub of Elfen Lied that is superior in almost every way to the original, but is it too much to hope for one of Monster?
