I think he meant last 4-5 minutes. You knew this guy was going to be nailed eventually though because the sheer magnitude of the fraud on a publicly traded company won't go unnoticed for too long. You have to have some sort of actual cover for your business and do your shady deals on the side. It won't work for long when your entire business is the shady deal.
