Ending (spoilers)

ok this isnt really important but its been annoying me .. at the end what does it say on rosette's grave.
this is what i think it is (i may be WAY off):
"A devoted believer who ____ through the brilliant light of life"
"Chrno - dearest friend and devoted protector."

i cant figure out what the word is between who and through and i cant find anyway that says what it is.
