Question, not about the end, but SPOILERS anyway.

In episode 23 when Chrono goes to meet Rosette at the church where she asks for her lost time back, Chrono's side is injured. He clutched it in pain when he first walked in, before Rosette threw her blood at him, so where did that injury come from? It hurts again later as he's sitting under a tree before Azmaria comes up to him. Can anyone help me out, please? ^__^
