Please release Innsmouth Wo Oou Kage!

The screen writer of Marebito adapted H.P. Lovecraft's "The Shadow Over Innsmouth" as a Tokyo Broadcasting System televison show. From what I've heard it sounds like a great adaptation. Please someone release it so I can see it.
