Seen Funhouse and passed out during this...

Should I try to watch it again and stay awake? My fiance finished it and told me it sucked.

The Funhouse sucked, so this is crappier, right? I see some people on here think this is the best out of the years horrorfest films, and others think this is an outright rip off of Funhouse. Which is it?
I just want to see a horror film about a theme park that is actually disturbing.

There are not enough horror films based on theme parks, so I think I have to write one. I write it, then you all have to come see it.

If you are Anti-American: Admit you are doing it just to be cool. Does it feel good to hate?

I believe it is a rip off of The Funhouse.

"The Funhouse" is one of my favorites. Besides viewing it probably a dozen times over the last years, I'm ordering it on Blu-Ray.

That Blu Ray from "Scream Factory" should be awesome..LOVING the coverart.

As for Dark Ride, I just rewatched and it doesn't break the mold, but it manages to entertain me. I'd say its a decent mix of Funhouse & a Friday the 13th flick! It helps all the chicks are HOT in this movie...factor in the Dark Ride/Haunted House setting, its a guilty pleasure of mine!
