OK, is Cairne Bloodhoof the Whattaburger guy?

I swear every time I hear that commercial I think of him. Voices are so close. In Your Highness, the Soul of the Maze sounds like him, too. But each guy voices so many characters, they can't list specific ones. Any thoughts?
