Missing 0

Can somebody tell me how to find missing 0, or missing number? My friends tell me to surf the edge of Cinnibar island, but nothing is happening! Please tell me how to find him!

I heard about that, supposingly you're supposed to swim around the edge until you get into a battle (it's beside the city, which side I don't remember) you'll eventually get into a battle with an unknown creature as you won't be able to know what kind of creature it is. Battle it (and maybe kill it?) and you'll get a bunch of different things and I think you can multiply stuff now.

At least, that's what my friend told me; as he's already beat this game; as for me I'm just starting it, so I don't think that I can be a lot of help; I just got it a couple days ago.

Note: This does NOT work in FireRed/LeafGreen

Only in Red/Blue.

Talk to the man in Viridan City, nagging about his coffee, who ask if you want him to teach you how to catch Pokemon. Say no, then surf along the right side of Cinnabar Island, and you'll come across Missingno. The item in you bag in place 6 (from the top) will be multiplied hundred times or something. Use this on master balls, and other things you like to have.

Don't catch it...it'll mess up your game!

I heard it happens because when you talk to the Virdian City chap, the character's name changes to 'Old Man'. This means the game has to savr your details elsewhere and then reboot them. Similarly, Cinnibar Island has Pokemon catchable by walking/surfing unlike any other city, making all this together something of a glitch. I recoomend using it on the Fossils, Rare Candy, Nuggets, Rare TMs, Master Ball, Vitamins such as Protein, Carbos, Moon Stone (only a 3 in the game and 4 evolutions)

Glitch City is reachable by the same methods but messing with the Safari Zone, however if you go there there is no way to leave without using Flying, so if you save your game there or whatever...youve had it!

Missing Number was a glitch in Pokemon Red, Blue and Yellow. It does not exist in Firered and LEafgreen.

In those original games, talk to the guy in viridian that asks to teach you how to catch pokemon. Say no. Fly to Fuschia city and surf to Seafoam islands. surf up and down along the edge but don't go to shore.

You'll end up fighting a bunch of pokemon well over level 100 (the only way it happens).

Again this des not work in FireRed and LeafGreen, only Red, Blue and Yellow.
